Would you buy a skirt for $1,595.00

I want to know if anyone would buy a skirt for  $1,595.00???? OMG I don't even have that much money  and why would i want to buy one item for that  much money.. I would feel quality for a long time. Please share your thoughts about this.. I know the skirt is cute but is it worth  $1,595.00. :)
