Dark circles Help.

In  the  morning when I wake up, I always seem to have dark under-eye circles. I don't like looking tired when I'm really not! I've tried everything from  cover-ups and creams, but they haven't helped at all. So  here some tips for these dark under eye circles the tired looking eyes,the puffiness.
1.The most simple one is placing  two spoons in the freezer. Take them out when they are cold and place them under the eyes to reduce puffiness. please  Do not freeze the spoons.
2 In a small bowl of cold milk, dip a cotton ball and place it over the eyelids. This would remove all the puffiness. I hope these tips helps any sister that is having this issue
