VIDEO: 2YR OLD Chinese Girl Ruthlessly Run Over Twice - pedestrians do nothing to help her

As a mother   this broke my heart. As this little girl wonders into the busy street of China  the little is run over by a truck twice and no one stop to help  her. What is this world coming to.. I'm not sure if she is alive or dead but i hope  that this does not happen to anyone else.What happened to showing kindness and helping each other are these people so  heartless that they could take a second to help a child. I though I have seen everything in this world but this is the most saddest thing i ever seen. Please a comment and tell me what you think??
