When i wake up in the morning i don't like eating breakfast so as a replacement i make a fresh smoothie
Smoothies are packed with vitamins since their ingredients are usually fruits and vegetables, there are some healthy smoothies that are healthier and more rich in vitamins than others.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1 medium carrot
1 cup low-fat milk
1 cranberry
2 cups ice
Method:
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed 10 seconds; stop blender to scrape sides.
Cover and blend about 20 seconds longer or until smooth.
Pour mixture into glasses. Serve immediately.
