Tips to help you lose weight

Are you tired of being  over weight are you tired of  trying to lose weight .Well i have few tips for you to lose the weight quick if you follow these steps...But remember that you are not alone in this journey of battling  weight lose journey their are millions of people out their thinking and feeling  the same way you do about losing weight so hang in their and never give you . Always start your day with breakfast


Breakfast
4egg whites=1serving .
1\2grapefruit
1cup of green tea.



Egg Whites are Rich in high-quality lean protein and low in carbs, egg whites One large egg white contains about 16 calories and 4 g of high-quality, filling protein, making egg whites a perfect food for blood sugar control, not to mention weight-loss .
 
 
    
 
Lunch :  green salad topped with tuna; drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive or flax seed oil and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and 
1 cup of green tea.







Dinner: Plenty of grilled chicken with liberal amount of any vegetbales;
1cup of green tea.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Snacks plain yougurt mixed with 1 -2 tablespoon of sugar free jam.
or 1serving of fruits.  And don't forget to drink  8glass of water . Try not to eat after 7pm if you want to eat.. eat fruits or light snacks

Taboola: Lebanese Parsley Salad

Ingredients

3 cups finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped green mint
3 large green onions chopped
5 hard tomatoes cute in very small cubes after scraping out all the watery seeds
The juice of 4 limes
Two gloves of garlic finely chopped
1/2 cup borghol برغل soaked in water
3 tbsp olive oil
Just a pinch of cinnamon
Salt & pepper

Mix all your greens and vegetables in a bowl and add to them garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cinnamon salt & pepper.

Strain your borghol from any water and add to the salad.

Mix well and serve and please note that the flavor of lime juice must be very strong so, feel free to add more if you felt you need so.
